Location: Baghdad, Iraq
Languages Required: Arabic & English (Mandatory)
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service by assisting clients with account inquiries and transactions.
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Promote bank products and services to enhance customer engagement.
* Maintain accurate customer records and process transactions in compliance with banking policies.
* Support account opening and customer on-boarding procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking.
Skills & Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
